Our core programs
We are in the early stages of transforming Hands of Grace Community Outreach into a powerhouse of diverse programs. These initiatives will facilitate the distribution of much-needed food, clothing, and assistance with utilities and transportation, benefiting our elderly, disabled, and all less fortunate community members.
Food assistance program
Providing essential food supplies to individuals and families facing food insecurity in Manning, South Carolina, and beyond.
Clothing distribution
Offering new and gently used clothing to ensure everyone has access to appropriate attire.
Utility and medication support
Helping with utility bills and medication costs to alleviate financial burdens for those in need.
Dedicated to community empowerment
Our ultimate goal is to build stronger, more productive communities where people will eventually stand on their own if given the chance. Our programs will become increasingly structured towards equipping each individual to receive our help, then return that help back to the community.
Who our programs serve

Our vision for impact
We aim to foster self-sufficiency and communal responsibility. Through our assistance with transportation, for example, we safely get our elderly and disabled community members to and from appointments, empowering them to maintain their independence and well-being.
